Não terei outra alternativa; pois recebi um e-mail do setor de suporte da NNG Naviextras, com a seguinte informação sobre esse tema abordado na minha dúvida, vejam a resposta deles:

Please be advised, that the function you have specified and highlighted on the screenshot attached to your email, cannot be disabled. This function is pre-programmed and unfortunately, no information on this can be found in the IGO manuals.
If you have any other questions or need assistance in updating maps, please let us know (you would need to specify the brand and model name of your device).

Diante dessa resposta (deles) não existe outra opção, ou seja vou acabar desinstalando essa versão e mudar a skin, pois tentei (sem sucesso) encontrar alguma função no menu de visualização do mapa, para desativar essa barra informativa de numeral de casas, definitivamente não dá !
